Nature of these terms. AleaBito Research Data Terms 1.0 are a custom restrictive permission. They are not a Creative Commons license, an open-source license, or an open-data license. This version is identified permanently by this URL; material changes require a new version.
1. Covered Dataset
“Dataset” means only AleaBito Index Research's original selection, organization, labels, calculations, index levels, constituent weights, and signal evaluations presented on the six Dataset landing pages and in the linked AleaBito index-history and constituent CSV files.
2. Limited permission
An individual may access, download, and make limited copies of the Dataset solely for personal research, education, and information display. Every copy or display must clearly attribute “AleaBito Index Research” and preserve an intact link to the source page.
3. Restrictions
Without prior written authorization, you may not resell the Dataset; commercially redistribute it; republish it in bulk; remove attribution or source links; present it in a misleading manner; or use it as investment advice, financial advice, a recommendation, or a trading instruction.
4. Third-party material
These terms do not grant rights in Yahoo Finance or other market-price data, public X posts, company disclosures, trademarks, logos, or any other third-party material. Those materials remain subject to the rights and terms of their respective owners and sources.
5. No warranty
The Dataset is provided as available, without warranties of accuracy, completeness, timeliness, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Authorization for uses outside these terms must be obtained from the site owner before use.

条款性质。《AleaBito 研究数据使用条款 1.0》属于自定义的限制性许可，不是知识共享许可、开源许可或开放数据许可。本版本由当前固定网址永久标识；任何实质性修改都必须发布新的版本。
一、适用数据集
“数据集”仅指 AleaBito Index Research 在六个数据集页面及所链接的指数历史和成分 CSV 文件中原创的数据选择、组织方式、标签、计算结果、指数点位、成分权重和信号评价。
二、有限许可
个人可以仅为个人研究、教育和信息展示而访问、下载数据集并制作有限副本。任何副本或展示都必须明确注明“AleaBito Index Research”，并保留完整的来源页面链接。
三、限制行为
未经事先书面授权，不得转售数据集、商业再分发、批量转载、删除署名或来源链接、以误导方式展示，亦不得将其作为投资建议、财务建议、推荐或交易指令使用。
四、第三方材料
本条款不授予对 Yahoo Finance 或其他市场价格数据、公开 X 帖子、公司披露、商标、标识或其他第三方材料的任何权利。相关材料仍受各自权利人和来源方条款约束。
五、不作保证
数据集按现状提供，不对准确性、完整性、及时性、适销性、特定用途适用性或不侵权作出保证。超出本条款范围的使用，必须在使用前取得网站所有者的书面授权。
